Definitely doing the right thing by trying out a few different types of nappies to see which you get on with the best. I like pockets, esp minkee eg Blueberry Side Snaps.

I have fond (but distant) memories of Otley from when I was a student at Leeds and did the 'Otley Run' pub crawl . I've just realised that was nearly 20 years ago (I'm 38 too).

i'm also 38, and mum to jasmin 18 months. we also use pockets, as jasmin would never stay still long enough to put a fitted and wrap on.
