Hiya I'm another new one!

Hi, I'm Lucy and I'm 22 and from the UK! I've been with my husband since may 2005 and we got married July 2008! I'm not a mum yet although my husband and I can't wait to be parents when I've got myself a job and we are more stable!

I wanted to join this group because I'm addicted to cloth nappies! My addiction started when I went to a zoo (Keep reading....lol) and I saw a big tower of white things in the Save The Environment bit.....then I realised they were all landfill nappies and I couldn't believe it! I didn't realise how long these nappies stayed in landfills. I was shocked and horrified! Then I found out about all the nasty chemicals that leach into :babyroll:

bottom's from these nappies and from then on I knew I needed to find an alternative.

That's when I found cloth nappies and life has never been the same lol! I still don't know everything about them that's why I'm here! But I'm looking forward to learning new things!

I also am loving the idea of making my own for when we have a baby, So I'm looking up about them as well! :knit:
