Hi, I'm 34 weeks pregnant and am very keen to use Real Nappies.

However, I am now so totally and utterly confused by all the different products and advice, I have nearly given up on the idea. I am hoping that people here can help...please?!!

Have a read around and ask as many questions as you can think of, its the only ay to learn...and get addicted

Hi and welcome . Don't give up, it cn be confusing to start with but you will soon understand it all and there will be no stopping you.

Basics to know

3 main types:
Flats - terries and prefolds, need a waterproof cover
Fitteds - shaped and elasticated nappies, also need a waterproof cover
Pockets / all in ones / all in 2 - waterproof outer which you add absorbent inserts to forming one piece to put on
