HI and how do you include pictures in ads?

Hi, I'm new.
I joined the site to sell some stuff.
I am a long time cloth nappy user so have quite a lot of stuff.
Tried to post an ad but I really don't understand how to include a picture.
I tried to search for how, but can't find anything.
Like I searched for 'Upload pictures' in this forum, and using Google with site: tag, but no luck doing that either.
Please refer me to a FAQ or something.
I thought maybe I needed a separate URL with the image because of the img/img tags that appeared when I clicked on the img button above, is that right? Because it doesn't look like external URLs are being refed when I look at other people's listings.
So would appreciate any help.
