Hello, I'm Jude!

I thought I would introduce myself as suggested!

Hi, I am Jude first time Mum to Olivia (3 months). I am a children's Nurse and have three cats and hope one day to own llamas and alpacas (a girl can dream)! I'm quite mad but I hope in a good way.

I have used cloth nappies since Olivia was born but none of my friends who have babies use them so it's been a bit of trial and error, I have read threads on topic I have needed information on and have found the forums very useful but would now like to ask some questions myself, as I have started to make nappy wraps and could do with some advice from people who have done this themselves and have greater knowledge than I. I would also just enjoy talking to other people who use cloth nappies and enjoy a good DIY project!

My FIL has 3 alpacas and they are really lovely animals. My kids love them as they are so gentle and soft.

I get the 'Hey Jude' thing a lot, but I don't at all mind, it helps people remember my name easily.

On the alpaca note, they are lovely and soft, they are useful too, although i'm not sure how good i would be at spining wool, lol. I would really like to use them for therapy with children with mental health/behavioural problems and learning disabilities.

Welcome Jude! The DIY forum is great to ask questions if you are wanting to make things yourself.
