I can understand that :hug: Last time we were left with one chook that was calling for its friend. That was a bit heatbreaking. :cry: We decided to get her new friends immediately rather than rehome her (I don't believe in keeping animals in ones).

Awwww, I totally understand - we've lost two ganders and a goose to the Giant Normandy Fox this year, the goose had only been here 36 hours :oops: and the second gander was so mean I wasn't that upset :oops: but the first one was really lovely, I was gutted when we lost him :(

We've had some lovely chooks too, they can be really friendly and definitely count as pets. :hug:
