i lanolise about 15 woollies at the same time to save time but it means it takes over the complete bathroom for a few days and hubby always hates it lol! i have a huge baby bath that i put light coloured woollies in and then also use 2 nappy buckets and a washing up bucket for the rest. hadn't thought about putting each woolly into a separate container but i'm not sure if we have enough big containers.

So how long does everyones woolies take to dry? Ours don't take that long at all, I could hang them up in the morning and them be dry that night

I spin mine in the machine wrapped in a towel then lay flat to dry. They usually dry within 12-18 hours.

I spin in the machine, too, then lay on the airer outdoors. They're normally dry in a couple of hours.

I daren't machine spin!
So they get pressed between two towels (James loves this bit too - he loves jumping on them and squishing the water out)
Then they get laid flat on the airer by the window.

I use separate containers so it doesn't matter if some colour runs.
I make up one large pot of the solution and just split it between containers - they are only large sandwich boxes & mixing bowls!
