Top left is a little lambwrap, underneath is a little lamb fitted nappy with the fleece liner poking out. Puddlekins is now Little Gumnut. he roll is indeed disposable liners (which I wouldn't bother using with a newborn TBH) we just used fleece liners and washed them with the nappies. The bag looks like a Monkeyfoot wetbag and is used for putting dirty nappies in when out and about.
You will need at least 25 nappies for a newborn, more if possible. We preferred fitteds and wraps to all in ones as they are better at containment. I'd get a few wraps, fitteds and some pockets and AIOs to try. Then you can see which ones suit your baby best before buying loads of one particular type/brand. You'll also need a bucket or extra large wetbag for storing nappies in between washes.
