What size Minki?

should I get for Ryan to use at night? He's still in age 2-3 clothes as he's quite skinny but he's quite a heavy wetter at night. I'm not sure whether to go for a L or an XL or even whether to get a slinki minki or a standard. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I would recommend the Large standard if you wanted velcro, or go for the large slinki if you need the poppers.

xl would look like a great big snail shell on him (or at least it did on Lucas )

or.. even the large minki yoyo..

I have just got my first Minki and I was wondering the same thing. I was recommended the standard large and they were right - it is massive, loads of growing room still and it does take alot of stuffing! Charlotte is about 30lbs and has quite a small bottom but the tabs still cross over so can't imagine her ever needing an xl

Evie had a slinki Large ages ago and still fitted when i sold it on.

Molly has a large standard Minki and its rather huge on her!! she is 2yrs 2 months but quite small.

OK, will stick to large then. But do I get a yoyo, slinki or standard? Might just need to get one of each for research purposes.

my xl slinki is not much bigger than the L in my demo kit. It fits Katie perfectly and she's very skinny. The L standard would be more than big enough though.

i have slinki minkis for both boys and are fab at night no probs just bought a minki yoyo and its no a favorite do not get a xl they are huge think even my dd would fit in it a large is ample if its a slinki minki go for a xl both boys have this size and its fine.

I would'nt get a yoyo again, the lycra at the sides wicked quite a bit when ds had them.
