for Riley i used xs fuzzies, xs real easys, diddy diapers the smallest wrap is a .... cant remember the name but the naff brand that no one likes and has spots in it or stars. starts with a b i think.

Bambino mio, I used them as well great fit on premis not so good as they get bigger, the xs ones.

Nappies by Minki do teeny preemy ones I think?

I got one of these for Eleanor - and its barely a training pant!
Literally one layer of terry that's it!
It got put away for her "doll's nappy stash" for when she's older!

This was the first nappy that fit eleanor - but she was almost 6lb before it actually did the job!

But the front folds down if needed and the overlap on the waist aplix is generous!

I used cloth from birth with my second and from day 2 with my first and they were both around the 5lb mark and XS nappies worked fine. XS sandys were a good fit on all the tightest poppers.
