Aren't teenyfits meant to be from 5lb? I think some of the nb nappies would possibly fit too like XS OWW and NB Hollow Oak as they are pretty small. Lil Joeys look good for teenies too http://www.funkymonkeypants.com/liljoeys.html

I think a lot of newborn nappies would be OK now. M wasn't prem but she was only 6lbs at birth then lost a bit so she was 5 lbs something for a few weeks. XS Fuzzi Bunz fit her well as did S Bambooties. Swaddlebees newborn prefolds fitted nicely under a Thursties Duo wrap as well.

Nappies by Minki do teeny preemy ones I think. Some of the other suggestions we had for Lauren (6lb 11oz) but she grew straight out of them and would've been fine on a smaller baby (xs Real Easy, xs BG, nb Sandies, Teenyfits etc). Or muslins?

I used prefolds on DS when he was born. He was still under 6lbs though when I moved onto xs Fuzzis and newborn Swaddlebees OV. I also used Bimbles, Kissaluvs when he was tiny too.

Eleanor was 4lb 11 oz & very skinny.

Teenyfits didn't fit for a good few weeks and then they needed boosting with little lamb bamboo booster.

Tots bots old style nippa nappies would have fitted but I struggled with wraps because Eleanors legs were soooo skinny. If I'd been more confident with wool then is have been fine.

The dolls cloth nappies would have been a perfect fit - but they didn't have any absorbant in them ( because as I pointed out to DH.... Yes Eleanor was the size of a baby annabel doll, but she actually pees! Baby annabel doesn't!!!!! :giggle:)

To use muslins/terries - I think you'd need to cut down the standard size ones because they too were too big for us

Prefolds and wraps like Thirsties XS http://www.funkymonkeypants.com/thirsties-covers.html
and rumparooz nb http://www.funkymonkeypants.com/rumparo ... overs.html

would be the cheapest option, otherwise as others have said TFs should work, as well as, BG nbs, Grovia nbs (love these) http://www.funkymonkeypants.com/grovianewborn.html and lil joeys, XS fuzzibunz and charlie banana pockets, Blueberry mini delux and swaddlebees nb simplex. http://www.fill-your-pants.com/newborn-nappies.html

But it's worth getting her to do a shout out on preloved boards etc as a full stash will cost a lot! HTH x
