Of course a campaign for real nappies is going to be difficult if the government keep telling parents that it is OK to use disps. And it seems madness to complain about the cost of promoting cloth when they spend Ã‚Â£40million a year getting rid of disposables.
And anyway I thought the environment agency was redoing the report after the flaws were pointed out and it didn't even take into account the issue of landfill.
Makes me mad
