wow this post has made me feel so much better!!

i was worried about the amount ive been spending on nappies recently, but recently it was just a mad shopping spree and i hadnt bought new nappies for ages before that. we've mostly converted to pockets during the day so I really did "need" some more! i have spent at least £100 in the last month on nappies and wool.

and i still need a WN night notions when they're in stock....and i get my debit card back lol

i dont plan to spend too much more on them as its really getting out of hand now...! xxx

Either very impressive or very sad

I either swap or sell some to buy more! :) Told my husband long ago that I had *no* need to buy any nappies, so I would work with the ones I have (either selling or swapping) if I wanted anymore. :hohoho: And I think I've pretty much kept to that too...tho a couple months back I bought a big bundle of Little Lamb nappies for baby due in April (without having sold anything). Ended up giving them a makeover with lovely bright dyes but in the end decided I wanted something else. So fortunately I sold them on (making a profit too!) and was able to have a bit of a shopping spree on secondhand nappies, which was fun. Not bought anything overly exciting mind, but fun to get "new" things. :) Never bought any new nappies, apart from some unused prefolds from ebay (for nearly a rip-off bargain) back before my first baby was born - oh yeah, and a few proraps long ago. Otherwise, all used ones for me. "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" - right??!

I only buy when i sell (well thats what i tell hubby anyway )

On the whole thats what i do but add a little more on without him noticing.

Would love to spend a lot more :D (there's sooooo many i want to try)

Before she was born we had a initial outlay for nappies of £150 since then i have probably only spent another £50ish on top of that, even though my stash has completely changed since she was born

Not sure...spent about £170 before Jasmine was born, sold loads and bought some to replace them, and since then have spent another £80 I reckon so not too bad.
