Its still very pretty in itself, but a different effect from the 'swirl'
what are you lying them in? I was looking for a big tray in tesco but they were all weeny.
That tutorial looks like she is doing a HUGE bit of fabric in a massive tray.

I've only done teeny tester pieces so far, I've bought a tray from asda I don't think it will be quite big enough for nappies though :( but it was only 77p so no huge loss

Meant to say it looks really patchy as I didn't let the dye react for long enough and then washed it so half the dye came off!

Just seen this, sorry :oops: :

Faster drying or more absorbent?? Faster drying as I can always boost seperately
BV inner, or microfleece or minkee? Don't like BV or minkee so microfleece
snap in or lay in boosters? lay in booster
specific night and day nappies, or one nappy adjustable for day or night eg extra night time booster? specific day & night time
What fabrics inbetween the BV, I was thinking hemp or bamboo fleece, which do you prefer, or would you like something different? hemp
No preference on snaps although co-ordinating ones do look nice
