Allergic to minky? Help?!?

Hiya
First time using chat, was wondering if anyone's little one is allergic to minky? I am worried that my little girl is as shes developed a bad nappy rash after using a minky liner today. Really upset me because she never has rash ever and shes 20 months. Any advice greatly appreciated xx

No problems here but a few members on here have had similar problems with manmade fabrics (fleece and minkee liners/inners mainly) and have had to use all natural fabrics on their children. There's a possibility it could be completely unrelated and something else is causing the rash too.
