Easy Peasy my @£$e

So annoyed! I ordered aaaaaaaages ago after Karen or Annette (can't remember which one now) posted about them selling hemp booster thingys for £2 each.

I also wanted another nappy for night so ordered on and 6 boosters. I STILL haven't got either!

I emailed her a 2 weeks ago asking where my nappy was at which point she said they are made to order.... nothing on her site told me that in fact it mentions the word "stock" quite a bit so it hadn't even crossed my mind. So anyway I say fair enough but can I have my boosters as I need them. Erin is wetting heavier then ever and I could really do with them.

No reply so assume they are in the post. Then there was the postal strike at the end of June so I thought maybe that's delayed them but now we're halfway through July and no nappy or boosters so I have emailed them again.

Annoying thing is the easypeasy's are in stock at babykind. I have emailed her again and pointed out that if she can't fulfill my order within the next couple of days I shall cancel it and go elsewhere!

gggggrrrrrrrrr!

i had a similar prob with easy peasy a while back. just took ages and ages for stuff to come. i wished i'd just bought from twinkle or babykind, but the prob is that for extra boosters (as some of my orders were, bamboo tho, not hemp) they dont stock anywhere else, so i just had to lump it.
i think there is a prob like that from many of the sellers who also stock shops. their first priority seems to be to the shops that order large amounts rather than you or me who order 1 or 2.
thats why i think sellers like pocket bots or little kiwi are soooo good, cos they are not bogged down with large shops, they can take the time for everyone of us individulas, i've never waited more than 48 hours for a nappy from little Kiwi...tho Cat doesn't sleep, so its not a normal sort of situation!!
my sympathies

Don't blame you for being fed up of waiting now. Bad CS really. Hope they arrive asap or you can get a refund and then order elsewhere

Sorry Hannah, that was my fault. I have only ordered the boosters from them and they arrived quite quickly so I didn't realise their cs was sooooo bad.

It isn't just the delays that are annoying, it is the lack of communication that gets my goat as it doesn't take 5 mins to keep someone updated.

GGggrrrrrr

That is the worst thing the lack of communication!

They emailed me back saying they'd despatch it tomorrow... felt like replying and say why not depsatch it today?! ggrrrr!

Hope you get them really soon, with something free thrown in for your trouble. Like others have said you don't mind them being slow as long as they let you know why. Costs nothing to email does it.
