Received a phone call yesterday, only had brown instock so waiting for the red to come in as should be next week. Hopefully get order soon will keep updated.

I have used them a lot in the past and always found them to have good customer service.

I've ordered from them before. Read from other forums that they can be slow on processing orders. My came after two weeks and is still incomplete: bamboo terries were out of stock.

Still waiting for my order a month on. Communication is abysmal. Beyond frustrated. Never waited half this long for any online order. Sorry but need to rant and they don't answer the phone!!

Received an email today after another chase yesterday. Items still not in stock refund processed. Never again.

What a shame from such an old established nappy seller

Just found this topic although I posted a similar somewhere else. I placed an order on the 02/04/15 but still haven't received the items with Twinkleontheweb. Despite numerous emails and phone messages, I've not had any replies. Anyone else have the same problem since?
