I have about 6 of these, do they need a wrap? 3 have a plastic outer, but the other 3 are cotton feeling, but when I rub them together they feel and sound like they have the plastic layer on the inside?

I think they are supposed to be AIOs but I've never used them! Why don't you tip some water through one and see if it comes out @amba
