I cant figure out how to do a NL with the lilac hanna made outer? I clicked the "make a NL with this fabric" but now im confused. Also how much would it be for a M NL in the Hanna dyed fabric?

you just need to add it to cart ,and then add a NL in cotton velour in the right size!

Add the fabric to your cart first, then buy a M Bamboo NL in the usual way. It came to around £15.50 inc 1st class post.
