This is a really horrible time for my DD to have bad nappy rash, I'm wondering whether I should continue with cloth and now there might be a WN sale!

Is she teething? The only time Lili ever had REALLY bad nappy rash it turned out to be a staph infection, and I left it so long trying various things and hoping it'd clear up that she eventually needed 2 courses of antibiotics to get rid of it.

Also, I don't see so much about it on the UK forums, but a lot of people on the French forums talk about babies having microfleece intolerances and specifically looking for non-synthetic inners. Just a thought?
