She's growing out of the first nappies I bought her

Her 4 medium bumgenius aios. 22lbs seemed like an age away when I bought them. She's not quite 21lbs now, but they just don't seem to fit like they used to. If I do them up tight enough not to leak then they leave little red marks on her. The btp pop-ins are also leaving marks, there's no way she can be too big for a btp yet. I've had to unpopper her bg pockets to the biggest setting too. She was following a steady line on the 9th centile but is now up on the 25th and growing out of nappies much quicker than I'd anticipated.
