have contacted babykind and morag at the nappylady, babykind have said thaT THEY HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS AGENT PREVIOUSLY AND (ooops ) and will keep an eye on the situation. still not got through on telephone. when should i open a paypal dispute???

how long should i wait?
