the seller has just emailed me, she must have known that i had found her phone number!!!!

she has offered to refund me

she says that the post office have either lost all her parcels or they have been stolen and that her kids have been ill so she hasn't been online.....hmmmm

will let you know if i get the refund!

The lady has posted on BC to say that they have all been sick so couldn't get to a computer or phone and that all the nappies were posted and she is going to take it up with Royal Mail.

Well, call me scinical but there were a number of people complaining and from all different times so it would be a real coincidence for them all to have got lost and to not even be able to pick up the phone

Perhaps I am being too harsh on her?

Must be the day for disputes. I had to open one as well. The lady didn't reply to my emails and it had been two weeks nearly since I paid. She responded to the dispute fast enough though. She says she has posted them but they must be lost and she has refunded me. It's all a bit wierd. At least I got my refund.
