I ordered some Itti's and inserts from a nappy site (that I won't name just yet) on 1st July, my order came to £127 so I would class that as a relatively large order. I had to email the site numerous times because there was a long wait and never any updates, and also because I thought when the order did finally arrive I'd be on holiday, so I gave my holiday address. I then decided to add another load of inserts which bumped the price up even more.
After 3 weeks my order finally arrived, minus two of the nappies and one of the inserts (she did say there might one less insert so I knew that might happen). I was peeved because we'd had a load of correspondence and she never mentioned two nappies being out of stock and had she I could've just chosen different colours, so I mailed back and she was very apologetic saying her assistant had made the mistake, and said I could have a refund and would send two nappies free of charge for the mix up/wait. Great I thought!
Well, that was on 23rd July and I haven't heard anything since, no refund, no nappies. I sent an email three days ago to make sure she has my paypal for the refund - no reply as yet.
What would you do? The refund would be about £28 so it's not a massive amount (well it wouldn't be if I actually had a job anyway!) but I don't want to just lose it, but I don't really know what I can do, and I don't want to pee her off too much with constant emails ......
