A co-op would be do-able. But it would be limited to just diapers since my clothing/wool doesn't have very much of a profit margin to begin with. For diapers I could do pricing based on the number ordered:
10-15 diapers: 10% off retail
16-20 diapers: 15% off retail
20+ diapers+ : 20% off retail

And then shipping would be actual cost. For fabrics I would use bamboo fleece and velour for the inners and the outers you all could pick from my gallery or if there's enough interest in a print that I don't have that's available for purchase (Fabric Fairy, etc. ) I would be open to purchasing it for the co-op. Make sense?

Turnaround would be 2-5 weeks, probably more along the 4-5 week mark depending on number ordered.

Orders to be in and finalised by 17.00 Tuesday 1st Sept. I am away Thurs 27th Aug to Mon 21st Aug. I will try to clear as many queries with Tami as we go along.

As you confirm your order, please oput CONFIRMED next to it. Once confirmed and order, you are agreeing to pay the total cost specified, plus postage to me, a your share of potential customs charges and then postage to you from me once I have them. You also cover any paypal fees in payments made to me.

So it works out at £13 roughly for a T&T medium assuming 20+ nappies are ordered (which with you lot i am sure they will )
