yep think i'll do that then, will leave my lovely fitted nappies here and take the tots, at least i can now find i use for them! bless the dude, i put a small bedbug on him this morning as a day nappy and was shocked it still does up on the tightest snaps! just hope some of his new longies will be here b4 then so i can take them with us, gonna be soooo wierd being away from the older kids that long

i hav etaken cloth with em camping twice in the summer except i just used throw away nappy sacks and rinsed them in a bucket was fine and if i ran out i bought sposies wool is fab for holidays too cos you cna get away with taking less clothes lol

We took cloth when we went camping for 3 days, a big wetbag from cloth bums r us and some disp liners for when we thought DD would poo lol.

I have brought cloth nappies away anywhere there was a washing machine, including Center parcs in France where they were happy to wash my "couches lavables!"in their laundry ( for Centerparcs!)

The only time I didn't bring them was to Portugal where there was no washing machine and boy was I glad as ds3 had diarrhoea and vomiting for the entire week and the vomiting was bad enough................

I'd take pockets with disposable inserts - the best of both worlds that way!

I took my Ai2's and pockets when we went away.

i have a few pockets left, the only ones i actually wanted to hold on to were the coolababy ones i bought, for cheap nappies i think they r fab! got a gorgeous upsy daisy pocket too that i won't ever part with so can take that, and if i am really lucky my custom ud might be don e in time too and we could take that with us, i love upsy daisy pockets, especially the minki lined ones
