Im on the hunt for......

humm, i have just made her a wrap that is two layers of fleece maybe i will try that one tomorrow with flongies on top,
i have used pockets under my flongies before when in the pram and that does work quite well,

i put her in a itti d'lish today with all its inserts as at home they are fab and last her forever, then when i got home after her being asleep in pram for about 2 hrs i took her out to find she was soaked all down her legs around bum and up her back and on belly, i was horrified, worst leak we have had so far, although to be fair the inserts where soaked aswell and she had drunk her 6oz bottle and 4oz juice in the time i had put her in the nappy and she had fallen asleep

fleece over a pocket may help

Sweet Cullottes have a very soft fleece binding on a PUL wrap. They are gorgeous too!

Fleur de mai does a special minki cover especially for sensitive thighs.

I use pocketbots wraps sometimes and i find they are good

You can probably find a Wee Notions wrap preloved for £6-8, or maybe less if you put up a wanted ad and specify that you don't have much to spend. They are very reliable because they have such a wide gusset, and I've never had any problems with marks on DD's legs. My favorites last year were Lovebums (like the Stacinator So Simple but cuter and more adjustable), I don't think they're making them any more but you might find some of those preloved as well.
