They all look fab Nathan has quite a slim build and his thighs are exceedingly chunky so I *think* a large would probably be ok. Minkee would be fab then if I wouldn't get any wicking . Fleece would also be ok though. I would say £20 ish (not including postage) but I wouldn't mind too much if you were to go a bit over .
