I have managed to get a response from the US. It goes some thing like this
Thank you for your enquiry blah blah , we havent lost your order blah blah, its being dyed on Monday and will be shipped at the end of next week.

yes i would cancel aswell i think, thats outragious...did she inform you of a big waiting list when you purchsed?? Over 10 weeks and it hasnt even been dyed yet? and she didnt think to appologise along the way? Or keep you informed? thats just rubbish How on earth is she planning on making the wait worth it??

WSS Not on at all

just read the blog from the WAHM ( Three Irish Girls) concerned apologising and giving an explanation for the long delays in everyones order. Well, it seems she introduced a new colourway in july/august last year(which won an award) and was so swamped with orders , 6000 orders in a 3 wk period and had such an archiac shopping cart that neither party realised this. I believe there were 7,200 skeins of the new colourway ordered, so my order in August took 3 months to even process
She has now employed a office member and upgraded the shopping cart .
Glad things are now sorted out!

oh i am just about to place an order from etsy, it is custom made based on lil ones measurements.... do you think this might be a nightmare??
