I've got a custom order in that has apparently now been sent. It's from Canada so I'm not sure how long it should take but I've been sent a tracking mnumber that if I trace says"your order has been electronically submitted" that's it, and I've been watching it for just over a week. I think I'm getting towards the end of my time where I can open a dispute with PP but this is a WAHM so I don't want to cause any problems where I don't need to but it was quite a lot of money that I spent. I did send her a message and she has just told me that there is no tracking info as it would cost a lot of money to do it that way (so I'm assuming it's not like when you send a recorded package with RM). I'm probably reading more into it than I need to but I've just lost a load of nappies and if anything goes wrong with this order I'll have lost a lot of money and nappies that I'm relying on to make up my stash again.
What should I do?
