Two of my friends girls are also PT but have occasional accidents also. One is 4 days older than Evie, the other one month older. Because dh knows these girls aren't in day nappies anymore he thinks Evie should be ready!! Glad she's not...but don't tell dh that!!

I was speaking to one of my Aus friends on the phone, and she said when her son was 2 and 3 months, she got him potty trained in a week. She was using disposables, and I am truely gobsmacked by her achievement.

Katie was only 2 in August and it took her about a week at the end of October. I was gobsmacked too!! We do have the odd day (usually if she's poorly) when she'll wee in her trousers all day, but other than that she picked it up soooooo quickly, damn her!!

t least we still have nappies for night tho'

I probably should buy a potty as I know Isabelle is aware of when she wees - and can wee on demand too...
She's DEFINATELY aware of when she's poo'd too as she'll always tell me these days...

Thats excatly what Hannah did, she was 2yrs 3months when I found I was pregnant with Phebie and I didn't want 2 in nappies so we started on the thought that it would take forever but a week later she was fully PT hopeing Phebie is as easy (kind of/sort of )

I am impressed, Charlotte sits on the potty and says "wee wee wee" but doesn't actually do anything. She is also known to say "poo poo" but when we check there is nothing there - little monkey!

It was quite stressful with Jake as he wasn't ready but peer pressure is a pain! We gave up and started again 6 months later when he was ready and we were both lots happier for it.

I heard someone say that as soon as your LO can say 'yes and no' then they are old enough to be potty trained. I told her she was mad.
