Sposies vs Pockets

Postby fluffycabbage » Tue Dec 01, 2009 4:49 pm

Can someone tell me what the essential differences are between the two? Maybe i should try pockets instead of fitteds & wool :-?

If Charlotte is a SUPER heavy wetter would pockets work?

Sposies full of chemicals, pockets contain none. Pockets have PUL in them but are still cooler and more breathebale than a sposie!!!
Erm... u dnt put pockets on a landfill?
I think i read fuzzi's work for you?? If they do you might get along with GK anytimes, BG's etc...

Depending on which brand you buy disposable nappies can contain

Paper pulp
Sodium Polyacrylate
Xylene
Ethylbenzene
Styrene
Ispropylene
Dioxin
Polypropylene
Polyester
Polyethylene

and some other stuff.

oh ok, i just thought they contained chemicals too  I suppose its just the breatheability thats the issue with those then.
Yeah fuzzis are great for her, theyre wide in the crotch and fit her well, and i can boost them quite a lot. Never had leaks with them at all.
Ive tried BGv2 but they werent a good fit on her like fuzzis are, I think the leg elastic isnt as tight on a BG. dd must have skinny thighs (unlike her mother :giggle: ) Dont know about GK never tried them. Would love to be able to use WN but scared about the fit of those, coz any WN fitted we've had hasnt fitted well at all, so i wonder about the sizing of those :-?

WNNLs don't fit Katie well at all but the standard rise L pockets fit perfectly as do the high rise Ms. It might be worth a try getting a second hand one to try out the fit.
