I totally understand that Miana has been/is ill. But if you can't keep up with shop orders and emails (Am I right in thinking her hubby has taken over for now?) then wouldn't it be best to close the shop/limit the items you're selling until a better time?
IDK. Just what I would do if it was me I guess.

I emailed Louise as soon as i received my 'spray' as had never used mister before so wanted to check it wasnt right iygwim , it wasnt as you know only too well texted Mi , was promised what you were and same as you , nothing. I was promised complimentary lanolin as a sorry , not received. I asked for a refund , which was agreed , on friday as i no longer want the tester i have been waiting 2 months for , still waiting for the refund....i wont let it go though as £6.50 is quite a hefty price for a tester imo
