Our Itti is our slimmest pocket but for fitteds id say our Flutterby fluffs or Dunk and Fluff

Our slimmest have been Motherease One Size bamboo but unfortunately he has out-chunked them now
2nd best would be sweetiebums.
Ella's House Hemp are also slim but aren't nearly as absorbant.

Another vote for ittis here and Muttaqin Babyshaoe for trim fitteds.
As for clothes, I have always found the following generously sized:
George at Asda, Matalan, Tesco, Next.
ETA Most Next baby trousers have adjustable waists so you can go for a bigger/smaller size as necessary and adjust more.
