I've been waiting on some custom flongies and tops since October. They where completed just before new years, when I paid I paid for international shipping and sent her my addy direct as we'd spoken loads via email. I forgot to put UK on the bottom - I sent an email last night asking when they where shipped and she apologised as she thought I was in Canada but shouldn't of assumed so it went later than she wanted and cost more in shipment to BRITISH COLUMBIA which shed cover - I've just sent an email to tell her I'm in the UK but is this my fault or should she of checked it's alot of money to lose have I lost my order now?
Shes emailed and apologised (again ) she said she checked her receipt and it says Great Britain and asked if this was the same as the UK and has no idea where she got British Columbia from so there on there way
Shes given me 10% off my next order and has also covered the extra shipment cost, so i cant moan - phew i think i may of got my first grey hair through that saga - but like i said she really is great, and i certainly would order from her again as her CS is exellent - i cant wait to show you what i got i LOVE them - and its been over 3months since i went on the custom list so hope there worth the wait
