Our nursery nappies are nearly all aplix pockets (BGs, Happy Heineys, Drybees). I think these are the easiest ones for anyone to put on and we haven't had many issues so far. Only problem is Nell has to wear trousers (or dresses with tights) otherwise she'll undo the aplix
I've also sent in side-snap pockets (Neppula, Fuzzis, BBSS, home-made BBSS alikes) and nursery have done ok with those too, but sometimes they don't do them up on a tight enough snap set which can cause a bit of leakage.
To their credit, all the staff at Nells nursey have been really good at using whatever we have sent nappy-wise. It's good experience for them anyway - it might inspire some of them to consider using cloth for their own kids once they see how lovely they are
