UD Sizing?

Tried to see what the sizing is like but the site is down now
Dawn's XL fleece wrap fits on the tightest poppers, so I'm wondering it she might get away with an L...
Can anyone tell me what the measurements are like on their large wraps and pockets please?

On loosest snaps

Waist unstretched - 21"
Thighs unstretched - 14", stretched - about 18"

They are quite big and stretchy.
