May be worth trying a few different liners of different sizes to see if that helps?

I tried this at the weekend but by the end of the fitteds day his bottom was sore again . I'll keep trying different combos, someone suggested flongies so might give those a go...

what inners are most of your fitteds? Could it just be one kind of fabric or soaker inside?
I love my fitteds way too much....
Maybe try the every other change then
