My HL order came today with CUSTOMS CHARGES!!! VAT! Grrrr!!!! What VAT?! There is none on cloth nappies. I tried to phone customs to moan but they never answered the phone.

But.... my nappies are gorgeous and.... pre-washing. I forgot to take photos for the HL cult.

Is it VAT or import duty? If its import duty then you need to pay it. If they've charged VAT then you can claim a refund.

There was only three of them! Grrr grr grr! I have two more on their way and three being made.

I think you inspired Bonnie with that spring flower Rox and I am eternally grateful as the most recent creations have been even more stunning than usual!
