what did you get and how much did it end up costing, our coops coming up and we're trying to work out prices

Bought 2 Dreamscapes, 1 embroidered bedbug (all toddler sized) and a M/L day fitted. All in came to about £85

Look at Bonnie's website. She usually gives 15% discount off most things for co-ops.

No problem. Don't forget the shipping costs/customs charges on top as well. If Bonnie is sending one parcel to the co-op organiser it will probably work out at roughly $2.50-$2.75 ish per item, then you'll have customs charges of approx £1.50/£1.75ish per item(assuming everything is zero rated for VAT) and then finally UK postage from the co-op organiser to all the participants.
