I am amazed that people can keep theirs in the kitchen or basement - every dirty nappy of Ben's has to sluiced extensively in the loo so I have to have one next to the toilet, couldn't be carrying it downstairs :giggle:

Bathroom, where the washingmachine is or the kid's room where I change the nappies.

Downstairs loo in a nappy bucket, that's where our washing machine is anyway

This has never crossed my mind as we have a utility room. If we were in our old house I wuld have kept them in the downstairs loo, can't bare the thought of them being in the kitchen, the bathroom I suppose would be ok x

When we were in the flat they were originally kept in a nappy bucket in the bathroom , then as my stash grew lol they moved into 2 nappy buckets in the kitchen.

Now we are in the house and all nappy changes happen downstairs in the living room they are kept in a lidded toy storage box outside the backdoor. Can just about squueze 3 days of nappies into it :giggle: :giggle:

Mine is in the Nursery next to his changing unit, no smells here... I sluice all poo nappies as soon as they come off.
If he starts messing with it when he's older then it will have to go into the bathroom, don't like the idea of it in the kitchen

I change most of R's nappies in her bedroom, so have an XL wetbag in there for wet nappies. I have a bag in the bathroom for pooey nappies as I sluice them off down the toilet. We don't notice smells and I wash them every other day.
