My niece had a harness and was in cloth. Cloth is better for hip alignment as it tends to keep the legs slightly wider than disposables.

In the *old days* I think the advice was to double up on terries to help keep the hips in the right place so cloth is defo the way forward! :D

Just wanted to update everbody who responded to my post and let you all know that I got good news re my ds's hips today!!! Thankfully his xrays came back normal so no need for further investigations/interventions!!

I am so over the moon!
