Hmm, are Classics the fitteds? Because the listing says this:
"1 pack of 6 (label says 5 but there are 6 in the pack) Classic in size 22 - 45lb (label says "Form fitting 100% cotton flannel, Concealed waterproof barrier)"

So RE: the type of nappy, I think the seller just got the Classics and Ultra's mixed up.

BUT... RE: the condition
Have been well used but lots of life left in them I'd ay

I don't class split and cracked PUL as "Lots of life left in them"...

I'd PM the seller about it and see where it goes from there.

Has she perhaps sent you the wrong ones as she also had some AIO's listed as well?

If they are unusable then she shouldn't have been listed as they were so I'd ask for a refund.

The classics do have a waterproof layer in them, but a very thin one and you have to still use a separate wrap. The ultras have the PUL outer (rather than cotton).

I agree about the condition - I have no problem with bobble velcro etc, but cracked PUL is useless as it just leaks!

She's already got back to me and offered a refund (minus postage).
I don't know whether she's got the types of nappies mixed up or not, so am unsure whether to ask for the correct ones to be sent, or just accept a refund.

Would you not be risking the second lot being in a similar condition? :-?

I would accept the refund, however i might be inclined to ask that she covers postage too as you would not have purchased them if you knew the true condition..and therefor would not be out of pocket for the postage.

I had this recently with some wonderoos i bought, when they arrived the elastic was completly shot in ALL the nappies, I got a full refund which included the postage costs i had paid and also a refund on the postage it cost me to send them back to her :)

This is my concern too - I think a refund if the way forward
