Nappy outer fabric Q

Having just seen the gorgeous new PK Wool nappy I have a Q, is wool interlock more absorbent than BV? i find BV can feel quite wet (soggy) but bamboo fleece doesn't feel as wet just damp, what's wool interlock like for holding moisture? soggy or damp?

i'm no expert at all but i would of thought interlocks breathes insted of holding wet. so i assume it would make for drier nappies as there will be evaporation
