Do I have enough?

Postby weefywoo » Thu Aug 26, 2010 7:34 pm

Right I'm having a total break down here as I'm not sure I have enough nappies for the new baby :panic: :panic: or that I will not have enough that will fit from birth! I desperately want to do cloth from birth as Imogen was in sposies for the 1st week

Okay this is what I have ...

11 x Little Lambs
2 x small DnF
2 BG v3
1 small ecobubs pocket
1 size 1 Hollow Oak
1 newborn Flutterby fluff
5 xs sandies
1 nature babies bamboo loveable
1 diddy diaper
1 newborn LHC

1 LL wrap
1 Nature babies wrap (with 4 on the way from here)
1 Fleece wrap

Have I enough?? do I need more and if so what :gaah:

That will get you through a few days me thinks! But I never think you can have enough cloth!! :giggle:

I would say maybe some more little lambs, I had tots bots from birth with both of mine they are similar to little lambs and they worked well. Good you've bought some more wraps you'll need those!

You don't have any bimbles or bambeasies ;)

Do you have big or small babies? Small little lambs would have swamped Grace from birth she was 6lbs8oz
It also depends how often you want to wash...

But I think that's quite reasonable - you'll find out what works for you and what doesn't pretty quickly...

Just remembered I had smart nappies for the first few weeks and they were great as they had a bit cut out for the cord! Just a thought!

Assuming 10 changes a day for the first few weeks, they should do you if you wash every 2-3 days.

I'd be tempted to add a few teeny pockets though - the new Tots Bots Teenyfits look fab, they're cheap on eBay and I reckon they'll have a high resale value.
