Woolies ruined nappy HELP!

Postby charlibunny » Tue Aug 31, 2010 8:47 am

Im about to put my nappy wash on but have a totally ruined nappy

My lovely new DD skirtie decided to bleed dye into my lovely rare OBV goodmama that i sourced from the USA and turn it bright pink :x

What can i do? I REALLY don't want a bright pink nappy, i much prefer it natural OBV!

Can it be saved?

have you tried doing a few cold water rinses with some colour catcher sheets ??? x

Though I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will be along in a bit x

I would go with what Judith says, put it on a cold wash and nip out and get some of the catcher sheets x

Have you washed it yet? I've never found that wool dyes have stained a nappy it has always washed out (thankfully!!)

Do you have any of the Ariel Stain Remover powder..? Find that great to get out marks etc....

Although would give a few cool rinses as alot of the colour may just come back out...

What a nightmare!!!
