Argh bladder control has kicked in :(

Well me wee Roo is getting bladder control. He can soak a nappy in 10secs and still be dry 2.5hours later Thankfully he cant speak so hoping we can hold of loosing the nappies until june or july at the earliest.

We've had 2 pee leaks already this week due to daddy giving him juice when I had already given him some (wee pig drank both cups) so its no wonder he super soaked his nappy!

Just hope his pockets will cope as I only have 2 fitteds

ooh i never thought to look out for other signs. Will have to watch him to see. Dd was 21months but she could say pee and poo which made things easy

She wasn't showing signs until we tried to pt her, she just decided after a couple of days that crotch holding was the way to go

Sandys the same, nappies are dry for hours then absolutely saturated in seconds, he can't say anything either though but I'm sure he is aware (he's started pulling at his nappies sometimes, which I hadn't even thought of til now, gah!)

Neither of mine could really talk- Kai finally started to say po po for potty (still does!!) & Elsie now says woo woo when she needs to go- such a nightmare the nappy soaking!!

Hmm I hadn't thought he would be ready til he was at least 2, dhs friends little boys are 3 and are still in nappies. I must admit I don't think I would have a clue where to start!

My ds1 was 25months and dd was 21months she did the power weeing thing too about a month before starting to use the loo.

Ive ended up putting him in disposables today as I feel so rubbish (mix of tired and a virus) and I just cant be doing with checking him so often. He's not been well either so is drinking loads due to his temp.

hope he is back to his usual self very soon
