beffys wrote:I think it's from using washing powder and bio washing powder that aren't recommended for wool washing as they will destroy wool either due to high alkali ph or enzymes in bio. I always use washing liquid or powder with a woolmark for anything wool. If you email me we can see about replacing in the next batch though.
