More problems.

You might remember that i had some rash issues with ds. We got rid of all our pockets and aios and now stick 100% to fitteds and wool, we have also quit with ou super wetter night nappies and use sposies overnight and the problem seems to have been resolved :wine:

but....now nothing seems to fit :( Ds has slimmed down loads since he has been on his feet and we are getting terrible builders bum on everything. Most of his woolies are too wide in the hips too, and he has a habit of trying to put his hand down his bum so that doesnt help either  I seem to spend a large proportion of the day pulling his nappy and trousers up. Im at a loss as to what to do now. I cant afford to change his stash for what seems like the millionth time, and i really thought we had cracked it with the rashes going and now this.

What to do?!

Can you get a few nippas to pull the nappies together a bit more?

That and a belt may be enough to last until he has put on a bit more around the tummy.

I was going to suggest getting some basic nappies and nippas :(
I have to use vests to hold honeys pockets up and can't use wool in the day for this reason unless they are nipper as they just slip down and leak without a vest holding them in place
Hope someone else can help :(

Dawn ALWAYS has builders bum with things. She's too high in the rise :giggle: I use braces on her pants  I put them under her teeshirt but over her vest, iygwim? Doesn't help much with nappies or woolies though I guess

Leo went through the same thing. All of his side snaps stopped fitting. Not sure really what you could do -- have you kept any of his smaller nappies?

I probably go on about them loads but I love our Motherease bamboo sandies. The elasticated waist means he's been his size 2's wearing them for well over a year. The day he outgrows the rise is the day I will potty train him.

Hmmm i thought there would be a few of you with the same problem but i was hoping someone would have a magic answer :-?

Joeli he was in larges at 5 months old :giggle: because he was such a chubster so i dont have anything smaller to put him in.

Its just so frustrating, i put him in sposies when we were out on Sunday so he could have normal trousers on for a change and it was so nice that he could run about without showing half his backside off, but i really dont want to revert to them al the time.

Do you think he would be better with front snapping? I never bothered with them when he was so rotund because they didnt work for us at all, but maybe they would be better now? Ive got 4 large oww on the way just now but thats obviously not enough even if they are better.
