3000 nappies.

Today I noticed the little CNT nappy ticker has hit 3000 nappies saved from landfil by Theo...THREE THOUSAND!!
I look at my lovely fluffy stash and cant help but feel proud to have saved so many disposables ending up in landfill.
I hadnt realised how quickly it all adds up!

Even though Bella ended up in sposies (for the last 3 or 4 months of her nappy days due to constant leaks) and Jake has had the occasional week of sposies, Bella still apparently saved 6000 sposies from landfill (she trained a bit later than usual) and Jake has saved 2600 Wow, that's a lot of nappies!! And at 20p a nappy for disposables, that's one hell of a saving too (even with my expensive tastes!!)

That's brilliant! I wish I'd started that counter - I'd love to know how many my girls have saved. Would be great if it could calculate the pennies that they've saved through being in cloth (although given my nappy and knitting addiction it's probably not that many pennies really )
